The E-DOORs team is pleased to announce that it will be expanding as its proposal to create a Young Associated Team (JEAI) with the Institut de Recherche pour le Développement (IRD) has been selected for 3-year funding (2025-2027). E-DOORs will now use remote sensing and epidemiological studies to complement its previous approaches of physical modeling and mineralogical, chemical and soil analysis characterization to better understand the interrelationships underlying the volcanic environment and health in western Rwanda.
